Shipping policy
Thank you for visiting and shopping at strikelegend.com. All orders are shipped via Royal Mail.
1. Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on Sundays or bank holidays.
During periods of high order volume, processing may take longer. If there is a significant delay, we will contact you by email.
2. UK Shipping
All orders will have shipping charges calculated at checkout.
Our Royal Mail services include:
- Royal Mail 48 / 2nd Class: 2–3 working days — £3.50
- Royal Mail 24 / 1st Class: 1–2 working days — £4.50
- Royal Mail Special Delivery by 1pm: Next working day — £8.95
Delivery times may occasionally be affected by seasonal demand or local mail disruptions.

3. International Shipping
We ship worldwide using Royal Mail International services. International shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.
- Europe: 3–5 working days
- Rest of World: 6–7 working days
International orders may be subject to local customs duties and taxes. These charges are the customer's responsibility. Customs clearance may also cause unexpected delays.
4. Order Tracking
A shipping confirmation email will be sent when your order has been dispatched. Tracking numbers will be provided when a tracked shipping service is selected. Tracking information typically updates within 24 hours of dispatch.
5. Damaged or Lost Orders
If your order arrives damaged, please contact support@strikelegend.com within 48 hours of delivery.
Please keep all packaging materials and damaged items, as photos may be required to process a replacement or refund.
